“I was contacted early on the day of arrival which was really nice as you immediately knew there were no problems with the reservation. Asked of any allergies were applicable in advance of breakfast the following morning. Upon arrival met by the owner and given all the information and shown to our beautiful room This location is like stepping back in time but with the modern touches in the bathroom . “We so enjoyed meeting the owners Colin and Justin, we are super fans of their tv shows. We had our dinner at the Bothy, the dish was superb. We also had breakfast and was equally delicious. “Un hôtel toute à fait différent de ce que vous voyez partout! Une maison ancienne, 1837, qui garde son cachet ancien, parfaitement rénové très caquette, on se croirait chez la grand-mère. L’hôtesse, Carmen, est très accueillante, une artiste en soit. Par ailleurs, la maison est tapissée par ses œuvres, des magnifiques tableaux!! Je vous le recommande chaudement.Merci à Carmen pour son accueil et l’expérience offerte! Ce fut un plaisir!”

“Really liked that there was a pool and hot tub and sauna, also, while some of the equipment was older, a lot of care has gone into creating a large workout area with lots of equipment. Convenient, scenic location. The room itself had damaged walls, the bathroom ceiling had black mould and there was no shower curtain, but it was fine for an overnight and fun for kids. Good for travel teams.”

“Very friendly staff, clean, comfortable rooms, very accommodating with check in and checkout times.”

“We stayed one night and enjoyed the pool. The staff were friendly and we had a lovely view of Sydney harbour. Only complaints are the air circulation in the room. The bathroom smelled funny as the moisture was not ventilated out of the room and it was difficult to sleep due to feeling sticky in the room. The hot tub as well, only one jet worked but other than that, served our needs for the one night.”
